Q: What are the first few sessions like?

A: The first few sessions are about establishing rapport and getting to know each other. It is important for you, as the client, to feel comfortable with the therapist.

Q: Why did you become a therapist?

A: I became a therapist to show kindness, compassion, and understanding to people who are hurting. I believe building connection with people is the foundation of growth.

Q: What’s 1 thing you want your clients to know about you? 

A: I am an inherently positive person, and I use each client’s strengths to help them build lasting change.
